- I developed, maintained, and updated the project plan, adjusting tasks and schedules to meet organizational goals.
- I served as a communication bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders.
- Managed the team and backlog using the Scrum methodology.
- Identified project risks and implemented mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
