Why this page?

This page is my digital business card – here I showcase what I do as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, what experience I have, and what I am really good at. It’s also a place where I sneak in a bit of my passion for shoe restoration – because just like in projects, precision, attention to detail, and effectiveness are important to me. If you want to see how I work and why it's worth collaborating with me – you are in the right place.

After hours, when JIRA falls silent and the backlog stops watching me, I slip into my favorite New Balances and switch to "life balance" mode. Shoes are my passion – from restoring them to collecting – I love giving a second life to old pairs and searching for gems with a history. Just like at work – precision, patience, and the ability to find a balance between aesthetics and functionality matter.

I travel, photograph, and capture the world in frames – sometimes dynamic, sometimes calm – just like the sprints in my team. Sports are my way of keeping up the pace – because, after all, to lead projects with energy, you need to draw it from somewhere.

I like to have a plan, but I also know when to step off the roadmap and let myself go with the flow – both at work and in life.

Yes, business-wise

I like to think of myself as someone who passionately manages IT projects from the brief to implementation, just as I give a second life to well-worn shoes. In both cases, it's about the same thing: precision, patience, and respect for the process.

I am hardworking – I can spend hours polishing a backlog or leather. Communicative? Absolutely – I can get along with the Product Owner and with a client who isn't sure if their brogues can still be saved.

Open-mindedness? It's not just a slogan – it's a readiness for new tools and ideas, whether we're talking about risk management or cleaning nubuck.

Negotiation and flexibility? I negotiate priorities with developers and stitching with clients. I am assertive – I know when to say "stop," whether it's about a sprint or a shoe too worn out by life.

Precision is my hallmark – in documentation, in schedules, and in stitching. Details make the difference.
