Project NGS - preparation of devices for their integration into a chain of interconnected devices cooperating with each other in cloud technology.

QIASymphony SP performs fully automated nucleic acid isolation using magnetic particle technology. This device is equipped with various protocols and control sets for tests used to purify RNA, DNA, as well as viral and bacterial nucleic acids.

Responsibility:

• Managing a technical team consisting of programmers and QA specialists.
• Managing the backlog, sprint execution, planning, and reporting.
• Coordinating actions between departments, including quality control, service, and procurement.
• Supervising documentation and change control procedures in accordance with medical regulations (FDA).

TEAM:

• 2 developers (no frontend, no backend)

• 2 testers (only manual testing)

• Project manager (responsible for the project)

• Line manager (responsible for resources, motivation, support, recruitment)

PROJECT - Adaptation of RGAM 2.1 to the new Windows 10 operating system. Along with this change, several so-called off-the-shelf software components (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) will be updated to ensure that the entire application package is compatible with the new operating system.
