PROJECT - Implementation of compliance with Dora and streaming of market data based on Kafka

Communication:

Project goals:

  • Implementation of Kafka in data streaming - improving data transmission, configurable data consolidation, 

  • introduction of new features enhancing reliability and user comfort for the client

  • Scalable load distribution of feeds among multiple Kafka brokers.

  • increased service stability for clients 

Responsibilities: 

  • Preparation and facilitation of all rituals in Scrum, optimizing the team's workflow for greater efficiency.

  • Managing the configuration and current maintenance of the JIRA board, 

  • Managing the team (motivating, organizing work (way of work), establishing communication channels. 

  • Project planning and strategies for minimizing risk.

  • Preparing project documentation in Confluence.
