Project HSBC - Addition of new functionalities for regular users of the bank's website

Methodology - SCRUM

  • Separate meetings every 2 weeks with departments reporting to the Program Manager.
  • Monthly meeting with the Steering Committee - reporting progress, risks, issues.

The project involved designing and creating new functionalities in the form of subpages for the existing bank website, allowing for the opening of bank accounts for specific groups of bank customers, both via desktop computers and mobile devices.

Responsibility:

  • Acting as Project Manager / Scrum Master – leading all agile rituals
  • Preparing team collaboration principles
  • Developing project documentation
  • Planning, risk management, prioritization.
  • Preparing reports for the business and stakeholders
