I have over 20 years of experience, including 10 years as a Project Manager, where efficiency, organization, and attention to detail are crucial to me. I manage projects with precision and creativity, always ensuring real results and high quality—regardless of the scale or industry.
I specialize in leading projects in IT environments, managing remote teams, and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies tailored to each organization. I always work with a focus on people, purpose, and impact—not just process.
Project management is more than a profession—it’s a mindset.
Outside of work, I’m a sneakerhead and shoe restoration enthusiast. The art of bringing sneakers back to life—just like project management—requires patience, innovative thinking, and perfectionism. I carry these qualities between my passion and my professional career.
Planning - Proper planning of the project scope, creating a roadmap, setting goals and milestones in the project always provides a complete picture of the team's activities and achievable objectives.
Flexibility - the speed of adapting to emerging changes in projects, communicating changes, resilience to stress, team motivation, and setting new goals.
Communication in projects at the highest level, defining rules, channels, selection of tools, and types of communication within development teams and with stakeholders.

In my work, I adapt methodologies depending on the assigned project and client. Before starting a project, I always begin with an analysis of the "battlefield." Before developing a strategy, I observe the work of teams and conduct necessary interviews with both the teams and management. This is often the most sensitive and crucial stage of the project, as establishing rules and outlining a common path to the intended goals is key.
After thoroughly mapping out the needs and expectations, I select the best tools and create a clear action plan. I regularly organize status meetings, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives to ensure that everyone on the team understands their goal and scope of responsibility. Communication, transparency, and quick identification of potential obstacles are, for me, the foundation of effective cooperation—I believe that a well-informed team is ready to perform even in a dynamically changing environment.
In my daily work, I strongly focus on building trust and developing talent. I motivate the team to keep learning, inspire knowledge sharing, and implement practices that encourage independent problem-solving. I support relationships, promote a culture of feedback, and foster courage in trying new solutions.
At the end of each project, I emphasize analyzing the outcomes, drawing collective conclusions, and proposing improvements for the future—so that each subsequent project is even more refined and effective.
I really appreciate your positive energy and the way you’ve helped us improve some of the procedural things that were painful for the team. Removing unnecessary meetings and setting up a few procedures really helped. Also, one of the most important things was the reduction of ticket-to-ticket context switching.
I had the pleasure of working with Piotr, who served as both our Scrum Master and an effective project manager. He brought clear, empathetic communication and a pragmatic approach to our daily work. Piotr fostered team cohesion through well-structured Scrum ceremonies and consistently represented our interests in cross-team and leadership forums. He also placed strong emphasis on mature project management practices—ensuring documentation, knowledge sharing, and follow-through were never overlooked. His professional, thoughtful, and generous nature made him a trusted partner, and I would be happy to work with him again in the future.
I worked with Piotr on a big platform for adverse events management for a major pharmaceutical company, where Piotr was responsible for project part and DevOps while I was working on operations. Piotr proved to have a very good understanding of all technical aspects of this complex part and very good communication skills with his and other teams. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I really hope we will have an opportunity to work together in the future.
